Mode of Action

• Nutrient competition and site competition, occupies a favorable target position by colonizing and multiplying in the rhizosphere, surface or body of the plant to reduce the chance of pathogenic microorganism infection.
• Inhibit the growth of plant pathogens by producing antimicrobial compounds likes bacillomycin, fungistatin, bacilysin and iturin
• Stimulate root growth, increase nutrient uptake through secreting biostimulant compounds such as Auxins, Cytokinins, Gibberellins and Polyamines,
• Secrete siderophiles, which can compete with pathogenic bacteria for Fe3+ in the soil. Since iron is an essential trace element for microbial growth, the botrytis fungicide can inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria.
• It produces esterases, hydrolases, and oxidases enzymes, break down the chemical bonds in the pesticide molecules, makes them more accessible to other microorganisms that can further degrade the compounds.

Application Rate

• Reapply at interval of 4 weeks for season-long treatment during the appropriate growth stages
• Use Bacillus Methylotrophicus biocontrol as part of an integrated pest management (IPM) program, which includes multiple strategies for pest and disease treatment to reduce the reliance on synthetic pesticides and increase the sustainability of the production system.
• Optimally in temperatures between 25-30°C, soil moisture content of 60-70%, and pH range of 6.5-7.5, suitable to different soil media types.
