Sweet Potato Whitefly Control: Effective Ways to Control Whiteflies on Plants


The sweet potato whitefly is a tiny, sap-sucking fly that can cause damage on various vegetables, ornamentals and many other crops. Adults and immature nymphs tend to remove plant sap from the inside of plant leaves and may weaken it over an extended period of time. Excessive densities can lead to yellowing, loss in vigour, desiccation of foliage and build up of sticky honeydew.
